Willow River Clean-Up Day -- Hudson, WI -- July
30, 2005
It’s that time of year once again. SUMMERTIME! The days
are longer and brighter which is great if you haven’t had enough time in
the day. But if you’ve got too much time on your hands come and join us
at the Willow River Clean-Up Day on
Saturday, July 30, 2005 in Hudson, WI.
WILLOW RIVER STATE PARK:
This location has some of the steepest rock in the
Midwest. A majority of the sport routes climb out of a bulging bluff
situated next to a river and waterfall. The climbs tend to be endurance
routes with decent holds on steep terrain. But if your endurance isn’t
where it needs to be, don’t hesitate to take a plunge into some natural
whirlpools below the falls. Or even if you’re not the roping type,
there’s a band of rock and cave where boulderers can be entertained.

Willow River Clean-Up Day (Saturday, July 30, 2005;
Hudson, WI)
In the spirit of summer activity I would like to invite
Five Ten, BlueWater, Trango, and Flashed
to show support for the Willow River Clean-Up Day. Any sort of
contribution would certainly be helpful. The donations will be used to
thank the volunteers who’ve put in the time and effort to make the park
more enjoyable for everyone.
