Retail Program: G3 Skis

Pre-seasons booked by 3.01.2005 receive 5% 60, net 61. ASAP orders Net 30.

Skis to be placed on a separate Purchase Order.

Retail shipping commences 8.01.2005.

Pre-season orders may ship 14 days prior to requested ship date.

Retail Program: G3 Product (excluding Skis)

Pre-seasons booked by 3.01.2005 receive 5% 30, net 31.  ASAP orders Net 30.

Demo Programs

Booking deadline 3.01.2005.

Demos to be placed on a separate Purchase Order.

Demo Skis

Book at least the following selection of sizes and receive 2% 90 net 91. Minimum 7 pairs total.

Reverend: 2 of 3 lengths, Baron: 3 of 4 lengths, Siren: 1 of 2 lengths, Ticket: 1 of 2 lengths.

Demo Bindings

Book a minimum 7 pairs total of Targa bindings (Targa, T/9 or Roxy) with skis and receive:

an additional 1% discount (3% 90, net 91)  OR  an additional 30 days (2% 120, net 121).

Accounts that qualify for Demo Discount Program will have their store details listed on G3’s website as an official G3 Ski Demo Center. Skis may be marked ‘’demo’’ and/or cosmetic seconds.

Demo Program orders must ship between 8.01.2005 and 11.30.2005. 

Each product booked for demo must appear on 1^st retail ship date. 

          Payment Policy

Prompt and timely payment is very much appreciated. Difficulties in abiding to payment terms should be brought to G3’s  attention as soon as possible. Overdue accounts will accrue compounded interest charges of 2% per month.

Accounts more than 30 days overdue may become ineligible for additional shipments until the outstanding balance becomes current. Orders on credit hold may lose their priority and be reallocated.

Authorized Dealer Policy

Due to the danger inherent in skiing, mountaineering and other outdoor activities; outdoor products should be sold by retailers who properly educate their employees in the sale, use and service of such products. Therefore, G3 products will be sold only through authorized dealers who provide such training. Adequate support of G3 products and product line will also be reviewed periodically in the maintenance of an authorized dealership. Dealers must demonstrate the ability to properly service and warranty all G3 products.

Trans shipments of G3 products or unauthorized us of the G3 logo or other trademarked, patented or copyrighted property owned or controlled by G3 will be treated seriously by G3 and is grounds for termination of a G3 dealership. G3 reserves the right to individually approve new retail locations of existing dealers. Dealers considering new outlets must contact G3 for review and approval as early as possible. G3 considers websites as distinct retail locations and as such are subject to approval to carry G3 products. G3 will not open any existing or web focused dealer without written approval of website contacts and trademarked property usage. One dealer scheduled sale or promotion lasting no longer than 14 days is acceptable during the normal selling season.

Warranty Policy

Our warranty policy is simple. G3 products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards in material and workmanship. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your G3 product, we will do our best to satisfy you. Contact G3 about Return Authorization #’s and warranty specific details.
