There are so many things for dealers to keep track of on a daily basis; we wanted to offer a program that helped them better fill in and predict and track good and bad sell through. In an effort to help them catch great selling items and items that may need a little promotion, we started offering an Inventory Watch program. 

By enrolling in the program, they agree to send a sell thru report every 2-4 weeks. We will then analyze this report and alert them on low stock levels, items on the ATS that are low that they might want to restock in, or items we are not seeing move very quickly. We will then create a report of the findings and work with them to take the appropriate actions.

In order to stay in the program, they need to return a report within 48 hours of our reminder email, whether they choose 2, 3, or 4 weeks.

While we have not had many take advantage of the program, many have expresses great interest, so we will continue to offer it!
