In my own words-

“Me, the outdoors, and how it all came together.

My experiences in the camping world began at a young age as the whole family packed up the car every summer and headed north the bustling Peninsula State Park in Door County.  But my real passion for the outdoors all started in high school.  I had a teacher in an outdoor pursuits program that took us backpacking for a week on Isle Royal after a semester of class,  I was hooked for life.   From then on I started going into the mountains with my backpack and also started to climb at Devils Lake with a high school friend, I even dropped a few hexes on him on one of my first leads.

My life in the industry began as I got all my gear from Erehwon in Madison and then begged for a job from the manager  after I graduated from high school.  I must of worn him down enough that he took me on part time.  And that was my start in the industry.   I worked part time in a few different shops across the Midwest, through college and then after.  Through all this I still always wanted to keep selling outdoor products to the enthusiasts like myself.  Repping came as a great change from the sales associate position, and I love every part of the job.

My love for the outdoors has been a decade long now, and it gets stronger every year.  My experiences add up, I learn new things every day and keep climbing as much as possible.”
